We are a family owned business that started February 14, 1996. Our name is an example of our family commitment. We bought our pizza place from another family that has been in the pizza business for 18 years.  Their pizza place was "Speedy's Pizza". We wanted people to continue using our restaurant without thinking there was a change in the way our place was established. Therefore, we didn't want to change the name much. We decided to put our childrens initials in the name of our business. Our childrens names are Derek (D)and Stephanie (S) making up the D'S in our name.
